I got locked out of my room by mistake when going to the restroom at night so either bring your key with you or take out the battery for the self locking mechanism, although this happened very late kosuke was able to help me. The theater and lobby are under construction so please understand there is a construction smell but the common area and living rooms are very nice. The iPad to play music made the experience that much more comfortable. Also it’s right across the street from the station which makes catching any bus (including the free premium outlet bus) v Ty simple.

He even offered us rides and assisted with shipping items, which we really appreciated.The location is perfect, just a short walk from Gotemba Station. It made getting to Fuji-Q Highland, Gotemba Outlet, and other attractions so easy. Great for a couples getaway or even with a group of friends to hang out. The theater room is really the highlight, with a cozy setup and amazingly big screen and sound system. You really get a private movie theater all to yourself! The location is also amazing. Literally a couple minutes from Gotemba station and located right next to some amazing restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised by the great food served at the nearby izakayas.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to travel to Gotemba.

The place itself is unlike any Airbnb I’ve experienced. The movie theater is huge and it’s easy to hook up your computer and sit back on one of the many couches to a movie or sports event on a massive screen with an theater grade sound system. The non bunk bed room is very nice, as well as the bunk beds and each door has its own lock. Kotsuke lives upstairs so he is available, but he gave us our privacy the whole time.
Could fit 10 comfortably, has two showers two bathrooms. Has a washer.

There are all these little touches around the place that make it such an experience. So many surprises and little touches to the place. So much more to say, but I’ve hit the character limit. Do not miss out!
