Sinema odası tam anlamıyla bir harikaydı; kaliteli ekipmanları ve rahat oturma düzeni sayesinde kendimizi gerçekten bir sinema salonunda gibi hissettik. Film izlerken keyifli vakit geçirmek için ideal bir yer!

Bunun yanı sıra evin diğer alanları da çok temiz ve düzenliydi. Konforlu yataklar, ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz her şeyi bulabileceğiniz bir mutfak ve huzurlu bir ortam vardı. Ev sahibimiz ise inanılmaz derecede misafirperver ve samimiydi. Girişten çıkışa kadar her konuda çok yardımcı oldu, iletişimi oldukça hızlıydı ve kendimizi özel hissettirmek için ekstra çaba gösterdi.

Large living room, kitchen, and an even larger theater, of course. Everything you could need and more. I stayed in January so my only note is of course it was a bit cold You should definitely use the heaters and blankets the host provides. The cold was no problem tho because the host offered many times information on heating and extra blankets. The host was very responsive and helpful on every request and question. He even waited for us to arrive at maybe 9pm so he could show us around and how to use the facilities.It is directly across from the station. Just a few minutes walk.Walk down the street one minute and you see Mt. Fuji! I would write more but out of space. Thanks!

Great for a couples getaway or even with a group of friends to hang out. The theater room is really the highlight, with a cozy setup and amazingly big screen and sound system. You really get a private movie theater all to yourself! The location is also amazing. Literally a couple minutes from Gotemba station and located right next to some amazing restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised by the great food served at the nearby izakayas.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to travel to Gotemba.

Streaming device has options and host makes it easy to connect to hdmi but if you are coming from outside Japan make sure your devices work well ahead of time. I was able to get some classic films working on YouTube after criterion and hbo max failed completely for certain movies (mirroring did not work even if downloaded). Netflix on the host device had a few English subtitle films but most I searched for were not. Hope to visit again in warm weather.

The host has added a great projection/audio setup to the theater itself with lots of streaming options available. The rest of the place has plenty of space and beds, with all the amenities you’d need. It’s located in a lively part of town very close to the train station. The host is also very friendly, helpful, and communicative. If we ever find ourselves in the Hakone region again, we definitely would like to stay here again.

The stay is 3 minutes from the train station which is super convenient for traveling from Gotemba, or even taking the bus up to Mt Fuji for a hike. There are plenty of onsen(thermal baths) near this stay, so you can really do it all from this area. He even offered us bikes that we used to coast around the area. Besides the stay, Kosuke is a very kind person, and I plan to return here in the near future to see how his work on this theater has progressed.

The place itself is unlike any Airbnb I’ve experienced. The movie theater is huge and it’s easy to hook up your computer and sit back on one of the many couches to a movie or sports event on a massive screen with an theater grade sound system. The non bunk bed room is very nice, as well as the bunk beds and each door has its own lock. Kotsuke lives upstairs so he is available, but he gave us our privacy the whole time.
Could fit 10 comfortably, has two showers two bathrooms. Has a washer.

There are all these little touches around the place that make it such an experience. So many surprises and little touches to the place. So much more to say, but I’ve hit the character limit. Do not miss out!

You'll find comfortable beds, great showers and restrooms, and even a washing machine.Watching movies in the "living room" theater, is such a fun bonus, it makes for the perfect stay.The host was so fantastic! He greeted us, and made sure all our needs were met. He is an artist, and created this artful place himself. He was so friendly, he felt like part of our family. A few steps away from trains and busses, and many places to eat within walking distance, makes this a great location to call home while exploring the area.We had a fantastic stay!

The place is also greatly decorated with lots of charm - not like many other Airbnb places that are impersonal and look like an Ikea store - and has a great book library. Highly recommended.
